How do I make a reservation?

Please submit a Reservation Request on your desired vehicle(s) online, by phone, or by text. If you need any assistance, please call us at 714-345-7260.

Will the reservation be confirmed after I submit a Reservation Request?

Your reservation will be confirmed only after you receive a Reservation Confirmation email.

Do I get the same vehicle that I reserve?

Yes, you will get the exact same vehicle that you reserve, if that specific vehicle becomes unavailable under some unforeseen circumstances you will be notified and you will have the option to book another vehicle or get a full refund.

Do you offer hourly rentals?

Our vehicles require a minimum one-day rental. If you’d like to discuss shorter rentals, please reach out to us at 714-345-7260.

What vehicle brands do you carry?

Our collection includes vehicles from Bentley, BMW, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Maserati, Porsche, Range Rover, Mercedes, Tesla, and Cadillac. We have a number of sedans, SUVs, sport, and exotic options.

What is your cancellation policy?

If a cancellation is made within 72 hours from the pick-up date and time, there will be a penalty equal to 50% of the rental charges of the reservation.
We offer a 24 hour grace period after you’ve booked your vehicle to alter or cancel your reservation.

Can I rent one of your cars if I am younger than 25 years old?

If your insurance company covers the vehicle that you will be rented, yes.
We will have to call them to verify. There will be an underage fee equal to 20% or more of the Daily Rate.

My insurance covers me in other vehicles, do I still need to purchase your insurance?

If you are a US citizen who has an active insurance policy on a personal vehicle, you can use this insurance to cover any damage to our vehicles. We will call them to verify that your insurance is active and that you are in good standing.
For international renters, we will arrange insurance for you.

Do you take a security deposit?

Yes. The security deposit amount varies based on the vehicle that will be rented and the type of insurance that you have. A hold will be placed on a credit or debit card.

Is there a limit to the number of miles I can put on a vehicle?

Yes. Each rental has a different amount of free miles, as well as a fee per extra mile if you go above the allocated amount.

How much do I get charged extra per mile?

Depending on the make and model of your rental, you may be charged between $2.00 and $5.00 per mile.

Do I get a discount when I rent a car for a week or a month?

Discounts will be based on the selection of vehicle. Please call and speak with our car specialists for more details.

How do I get my rental from you?

You can choose between delivery and pick up. If you choose to pick up your vehicle, please visit us during our listed hours of operation:
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 8 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 8 am – 6 pm

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. In some cases, we accept cashier’s checks and cash. Personal and business checks are not accepted.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, SGP MotorSports does not offer any refunds.

Am I the only one who can drive the car?

We can list up to two drivers per rental agreement, both drivers must have a valid driver license and an active auto insurance policy. If one of the drivers is under 25 years old, an underage fee will be applied.

When can I return my rental?

Vehicle returns must be made during our hours of operation:
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 8 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 8 am – 6 pm
We can be a little flexible about return times to accommodate your schedule. There will be a 1 hour grace period for returns or penalty fees will be charged.

What happens if I get a ticket or take a toll road?

We are not responsible for any tickets you incur while driving our vehicles, nor will we pay any toll road fees. You are also responsible for any other fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.
